100% wool recreation of a military ballistic vest by Maharishi. Rendering such aggressive and masculine details in the softness of a knit gives the vest a completely different atmosphere. The result is a 'sweater vest' that is inherently wearable yet subversive in its formal origins. 

Finished with four button-closed cargo pockets in Harris Tweed, layered details at shoulder, sides, and upper back, and varying stitches that mimic the functional/graphic ephemera of an original military ballistic vest.

8/10 Condition, with some pilling throughout. Neck tag has come disattached at one side but original thread is still there. No rips, stains, noticeable snags, or tears.

Tagged a size M, the armpits are quite low and the body quite wide so this could fit up to a size L as well.
